1. Shipping Coverage & Costs

  • U.S. Shipping:
    • Free Shipping
  • Restrictions: No shipping to P.O. boxes (except small accessories < 1lb), APO/FPO addresses, or countries under U.S. trade sanctions.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (U.S. orders); DHL or Canada Post (international orders)—selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

3. Tracking & Issue Resolution

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email with a tracking number. Track your order 24/7 on the carrier’s website (tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear).
  • Missing Orders: Contact us within 3 days of the “Delivered” status (include order number/tracking number). We will investigate with the carrier and resolve (replace/refund) within 7 days.
  • Damaged Orders: Inspect packages on delivery—note damage on the carrier’s receipt and email us within 3 days (with photos of damage/packaging). We offer free replacements or full refunds (no return required for damaged items).

4. Address Accuracy

  • Confirm your shipping address before payment—we cannot redirect orders after shipping.
  • Incorrect/missing addresses may cause delivery failures or returns. If the carrier returns the order to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs ($6.99 for U.S. orders; international costs vary).
