Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Window: Request returns within 30 days of delivery (use the carrier’s “Delivered” date).
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Proof: Include your order number and photos of the product/packaging when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages—no exceptions).
  • Used/worn products.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items.

3. How to Return

  1. Email support@fashioncitystore.com with your order number, product details, return reason, and photos of the product/packaging.
  2. Approved requests receive a pre-paid return label (U.S. orders only) and shipping instructions—ship the item within 7 days of label issuance.
  3. Drop off the package at the carrier’s location—keep the return tracking number for reference.

4. Refunds

  • Processing: We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Timing: Funds appear in 5 days (varies by bank/payment provider).
  • Deductions: No restocking fees—we refund the full purchase price (excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong product shipped).

5. Damaged/Defective Products

Contact us within 3 days of delivery (with photos of the issue). We offer a free replacement or full refund (no return required—we cover return shipping if we request the product back).
