1. Eligibility
- Window: Request returns within 30 days of delivery (use the carrier’s “Delivered” date).

3. How to Return

- Approved requests receive a pre-paid return label (U.S. orders only) and shipping instructions—ship the item within 7 days of label issuance.
- Drop off the package at the carrier’s location—keep the return tracking number for reference.
4. Refunds
- Processing: We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Timing: Funds appear in 5 days (varies by bank/payment provider).
- Deductions: No restocking fees—we refund the full purchase price (excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong product shipped).
5. Damaged/Defective Products
